What is infrared vibration friction welding technology?

Friction vibration welding technology is not new to us, but today we bring you a new type of friction vibration welding technology, that is, Clean Vibratory Friction Welding, a friction vibration welding technology with infrared preheating, combining standard friction vibratory welding technology with infrared technology, which is called Clean Vibratory Friction Welding Technology (CVT). Important trends in the plastics industry have raised the bar for plastic welded joints. The increasing use of low-viscosity polymers, high-temperature formulations, functional fillers, and the need for superior bonding of different materials have increased the complexity of the plastics assembly process. Equipment designers and engineers require processes that create weldments without particles and parts with visible fusion lines. Clean vibration friction welding technology provides design flexibility, part integrity and manufacturing efficiency for their products. So it's no surprise that advances in technology have led to hybrid designs that combine standard vibratory friction welding with infrared technology. This technique is known as Clean Vibration Friction Welding (CVT). In this method, the hummer weldment interface is preheated by an infrared heat source and then vibrationally welded together. This technology provides all the advantages of vibration friction welding, but clean vibration friction welding can be usually formed in the standard vibration friction welding in the plastic powder and minimize particles, it is worth mentioning that the current domestic technology there are still some shortcomings, I believe that through continuous research and development and rectification, one day will also be competing with foreign technology or even beyond.
