What is Vibration Welding
Vibration welding is a friction welding process in which the welded parts are rubbed together under pressure until the resulting friction and shear heat contact surfaces reach a fully molten state. When the set welding depth is reached (measured by a linear sensor), the relative motion stops and the weld is cooled and solidified during the holding phase.
